76 beautiful and secluded acres. This is an accessible farm with over half of the agreage currently planted. It is also a hunter's paradise with a creek meandering through the woods that wrap around 3 fields of beans/corn. Plan your dream home on one of several possible build sites. This property has been owned by the same family for almost 100 years. Only the very back section of the property along Sand Creek is in a floodplain, and most years it never floods. Please do not access the property without an appointment.
