This home is a gem waiting for someone to give it the TLC it deserves. Some updates have been started and with some imagination and work this could be a dream home for the right family. Located near the former Montezuma elementary school with 2 lots one of them being a corner lot. Plenty of room to add a garage, pole barn or even build something completely new on the 2nd lot. The home has been winterized.
